  • 500 g large shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 3 tbsp butter
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1/4 tsp chili flakes optional
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • Lemon wedges for serving

Instructions
 

  • Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
  • Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant but not browned.
  • Add the shrimp to the skillet, seasoning with salt, black pepper, and chili flakes if using.
