Ingredients
- 500 g large shrimp peeled and deveined
- 3 tbsp butter
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes optional
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- Lemon wedges for serving
Instructions
- Heat the butter in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
- Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes, until fragrant but not browned.
- Add the shrimp to the skillet, seasoning with salt, black pepper, and chili flakes if using.
- Cook the shrimp for 2-3 minutes on each side, until golden brown and cooked through.
- Drizzle with lemon juice and garnish with fresh parsley.
- Serve immediately with lemon wedges on the side.
