Ingredients
  

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 cups plain yogurt room temperature
  • 1 garlic clove minced, optional
  • 2 tbsp butter
  • 1 tsp paprika or red chili flakes
  • 1 tbsp vinegar
  • Salt to taste
  • Fresh dill for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Mix yogurt with minced garlic and a pinch of salt, then spread it onto serving plates.
  • Fill a pot with water, add vinegar, and bring it to a gentle simmer. Crack each egg into a small bowl and gently slide it into the water. Poach for 3-4 minutes or until the whites are set but the yolks remain runny. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on the yogurt.
  • In a small pan, melt butter and stir in paprika or chili flakes. Drizzle the flavored butter over the eggs and yogurt.
  • Garnish with fresh dill and serve immediately.
