Ingredients
  

  • 500 g flank or skirt steak
  • 1/4 cup orange juice
  • 2 tbsp lime juice
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 3 garlic cloves minced
  • 1 tsp cumin powder
  • 1 tsp chili powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • Salt and pepper to taste

For Serving:

  • Lime wedges
  • Fresh cilantro
  • Tortillas salsa, and grilled vegetables

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix orange juice, lime juice, olive oil, garlic, cumin, chili powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Coat the steak with the marinade and refrigerate for at least 1 hour or overnight.
  • Preheat a grill or grill pan over high heat. Cook the steak for 3-4 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or adjust to your desired doneness.
  • Let the steak rest for 5 minutes before slicing against the grain.
  • Serve hot with lime wedges, fresh cilantro, and your choice of sides.
