Ingredients
  

  • 2 large ripe tomatoes sliced
  • 200 g fresh mozzarella cheese sliced
  • Fresh basil leaves
  • 2 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
  • 1 tbsp balsamic glaze optional
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Arrange alternating slices of tomato and mozzarella on a serving plate, slightly overlapping them.
  • Tuck fresh basil leaves between the tomato and mozzarella slices.
  • Drizzle olive oil evenly over the salad.
  • Add a drizzle of balsamic glaze if desired.
