Ingredients
  

  • 4 cups mixed greens
  • 200 g canned tuna drained
  • 4 hard-boiled eggs halved
  • 2 cups cooked green beans
  • 2 medium potatoes boiled and sliced
  • 1 cup cherry tomatoes halved
  • 1/2 cup black olives
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tbsp lemon juice
  • 1 tsp Dijon mustard
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Arrange the mixed greens on a large serving platter.
  • Top with tuna, green beans, potatoes, cherry tomatoes, black olives, and halved eggs.
  • In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, salt, and pepper to make the dressing.
  • Drizzle the dressing over the salad just before serving.
