Ingredients
- 1/2 cup blueberries
- 1/2 cup raspberries
- 1/2 cup strawberries sliced
- 1/2 cup almond milk or water
- 1 tablespoon chia seeds optional
- 1 teaspoon honey or maple syrup optional

Instructions
