Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 2 large eggs

  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Yogurt granola, and fresh fruit for topping

Instructions

  • Add the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract, and whisk until smooth.
  • Preheat your waffle iron and lightly coat it with non-stick spray. Pour the batter onto the iron and cook until golden brown.
