
Yogurt & Granola Waffle

Ingredients
- 2 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1.5 cups milk
- 2 large eggs
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- Yogurt granola, and fresh fruit for topping
Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
- Add the milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract, and whisk until smooth.
- Preheat your waffle iron and lightly coat it with non-stick spray. Pour the batter onto the iron and cook until golden brown.
- Place the warm waffles on a serving plate and top with yogurt, granola, and fresh fruit.
