Ingredients
  

  • 2 cups all-purpose flour

  • 1 cup pumpkin puree
  • 1.5 cups milk
  • 2 large eggs

  • Honey maple syrup, or whipped cream for serving

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, cinnamon, ginger, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the pumpkin puree, milk, eggs, melted butter, and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until smooth.
