Ingredients
- 1.5 cups all-purpose flour
- 2 tablespoons granulated sugar
- 1 tablespoon baking powder

- 1 tablespoon poppy seeds
- Zest of 1 lemon
- 1.25 cups milk
- 1 large egg
- 2 tablespoons melted butter
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice

Instructions
- In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, salt, and poppy seeds.
- In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, egg, melted butter, lemon zest, and lemon juice.
