  • 1 large egg
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter
  • 1 ripe banana mashed
  • 1/4 cup chopped almonds
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract

Instructions
 

  • In a bowl, mix the flour, sugar, baking powder, and salt.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk the milk, egg, melted butter, mashed banana, and vanilla extract.
  • Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and mix until smooth (avoid overmixing).
  • Fold in the chopped almonds gently.
