
Avocado Eggs Recipe
A healthy and delicious breakfast alternative combining avocado and eggs.
Ingredients
- 4 large eggs
- 2 ripe avocados (halved and pitted)
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- Salt and pepper (to taste)
- Fresh cilantro or parsley (for garnish, optional)
- Paprika (optional)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
- Place the avocado halves in a baking dish. Crack an egg into the center of each avocado half.
- Add lemon juice, salt, and pepper on top.
- Bake for about 10 minutes, until the egg whites are set but the yolks remain soft.
- Optionally garnish with fresh cilantro or parsley. Sprinkle with paprika and serve warm.
