Cheese Menemen Recipe

Ingredients
  

  • 4 large eggs
  • 2 tomatoes (diced)
  • 1 green pepper (finely chopped)
  • 100 g feta or cheddar cheese (crumbled or shredded)
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil or butter
  • Salt and pepper (to taste)

Instructions
 

  • Heat oil in a pan, add peppers, and sauté for 2-3 minutes.
  • Add diced tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes.
  • Add the eggs and stir to cook.
  • Add cheese, season with salt and pepper, and cook for an additional 1-2 minutes. Serve warm.
