Ingredients
  

  • 2 chicken breasts
  • 1 cup walnuts finely ground
  • 2 slices of stale bread soaked in water and squeezed

  • 2 tbsp olive oil or melted butter
  • Salt to taste

Instructions
 

  • Boil the chicken breasts in salted water until tender, about 25 minutes. Shred the chicken into fine pieces.
  • Blend the walnuts, soaked bread, and garlic into a smooth paste. Add chicken broth gradually until the mixture reaches a creamy consistency. Season with salt.
  • Mix the shredded chicken with the walnut sauce, ensuring it is evenly coated. Arrange the mixture on a serving plate.
  • Heat olive oil or butter in a small pan. Stir in paprika and drizzle over the chicken mixture.
  • Garnish with crushed walnuts and serve at room temperature or chilled as an appetizer.
