
Sugar-Free Vanilla and Cocoa Granola
A healthy, crunchy granola made with vanilla and cocoa, perfect for breakfast or a snack, without any added sugar.
Ingredients
- 2 cups rolled oats
- 1/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
- 2 tbsp coconut oil melted
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- 1/4 cup chopped almonds or walnuts
- 1/4 cup unsweetened shredded coconut optional
- 1-2 tbsp erythritol or stevia optional, for sweetness
- A pinch of salt
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F). Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- In a large bowl, mix the oats, cocoa powder, and salt.
- In a separate bowl, combine the almond butter, coconut oil, vanilla extract, and sweetener (if using).
- Pour the wet ingredients into the dry ingredients and stir until everything is evenly coated.
- Spread the mixture in an even layer on the prepared baking sheet.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, stirring once halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Remove from the oven and let it cool completely before serving.
