Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis thinly sliced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper optional
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh herbs for garnish optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Place the zucchini slices on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Drizzle the olive oil over the zucchini and toss to coat evenly.
- Sprinkle the paprika, garlic powder, cayenne pepper (if using), salt, and black pepper over the zucchini slices.
- Bake for 20 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the zucchini is golden brown and crispy.
