Ingredients
- 4 boneless skinless chicken breasts
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 2 garlic cloves minced
- 1 tbsp butter
- Fresh parsley for garnish
Instructions
- Preheat the grill to medium-high heat.
- Rub the chicken breasts with olive oil, lemon juice, paprika, salt, and black pepper.
- Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, until fully cooked and golden brown.
- In a small saucepan, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the heavy cream to the pan, stirring until smooth. Let it simmer for 3-4 minutes, until thickened.
