Ingredients
  

  • 1 medium head of cauliflower cut into florets
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp paprika
  • 1/4 tsp ground cumin
  • Salt and black pepper to taste
  • Fresh parsley for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
  • Cut the cauliflower into small florets and place them in a large bowl.
  • Drizzle olive oil over the florets, then sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the cauliflower evenly.
  • Arrange the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet.
  • Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
  • Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
