Golden and crispy roasted cauliflower florets, seasoned to perfection for a delicious and healthy side dish.
Ingredients
- 1 medium head of cauliflower cut into florets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp ground cumin
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- Fresh parsley for garnish optional
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F).
- Cut the cauliflower into small florets and place them in a large bowl.
- Drizzle olive oil over the florets, then sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, cumin, salt, and black pepper. Toss to coat the cauliflower evenly.
- Arrange the seasoned cauliflower florets in a single layer on a baking sheet.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until golden brown and crispy.
- Garnish with fresh parsley if desired and serve immediately.
