
Keto Chocolate Fudge
A rich and indulgent chocolate fudge with a smooth, velvety texture, made keto-friendly with sugar substitutes.
Ingredients
- 1 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips
- 1/4 cup coconut oil or butter
- 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
- 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
- 1 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt optional
- 1/4 cup chopped nuts for garnish optional
Instructions
- In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate chips, coconut oil (or butter), and almond butter over low heat. Stir until smooth and combined.
- Add the cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt (if desired). Mix well.
- Pour the fudge mixture into a lined loaf pan or small baking dish, spreading it evenly.
- Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
- Once set, cut into squares and garnish with chopped nuts if desired.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
