Keto Chocolate Fudge

Ingredients
  

  • 1 cup sugar-free dark chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup coconut oil or butter
  • 1/4 cup almond butter or peanut butter
  • 2 tbsp unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 tsp vanilla extract
  • Pinch of sea salt optional
  • 1/4 cup chopped nuts for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • In a saucepan, melt the dark chocolate chips, coconut oil (or butter), and almond butter over low heat. Stir until smooth and combined.
  • Add the cocoa powder, vanilla extract, and a pinch of sea salt (if desired). Mix well.
  • Pour the fudge mixture into a lined loaf pan or small baking dish, spreading it evenly.
  • Refrigerate for 2 hours or until firm.
  • Once set, cut into squares and garnish with chopped nuts if desired.
  • Serve chilled and enjoy!
