
Creamy Garlic Sauce Salmon

Ingredients
- 4 salmon fillets
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- Salt and black pepper to taste
- 3 garlic cloves minced
- 1/2 cup heavy cream or plant-based cream
- 1/4 cup grated Parmesan cheese
- 1 tbsp fresh parsley chopped
- 1 tbsp lemon juice optional
Instructions
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Season the salmon fillets with salt and black pepper.
- Place the fillets in the skillet, skin-side down, and cook for 4-5 minutes on each side, or until golden and cooked through.
- While the salmon is cooking, prepare the sauce. In a separate pan, sauté the minced garlic in a little olive oil for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- Add the heavy cream and Parmesan cheese to the pan, stirring until the cheese is melted and the sauce is smooth.
- Drizzle the creamy garlic sauce over the cooked salmon fillets.
- Garnish with fresh parsley and lemon juice, and serve immediately.
