Ingredients
  

  • 6 large eggs
  • 1/2 cup milk dairy or plant-based
  • 1/2 cup shredded cheese cheddar, mozzarella, or a mix
  • 1/4 cup fresh herbs such as parsley, chives, or thyme, chopped
  • 1/2 small onion chopped
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • Salt and black pepper to taste

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat and sauté the chopped onion for 2-3 minutes until softened.
  • In a mixing bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, salt, and black pepper.
  • Pour the egg mixture over the sautéed onion and let it cook for 2-3 minutes.
  • Sprinkle the cheese and fresh herbs over the top of the omelette.
  • Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 12-15 minutes, or until the omelette is golden and fully set.
  • Remove from the oven, slice, and serve hot.
