Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium zucchinis grated
  • 1 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 garlic clove minced

  • Fresh dill or parsley for garnish optional

Instructions
 

  • Grate the zucchinis and squeeze out any excess moisture using a clean towel.
