Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis grated
- 1 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh dill or parsley for garnish optional
Instructions
- Grate the zucchinis and squeeze out any excess moisture using a clean towel.
