Ingredients
- 2 cups fresh samphire sea beans, washed
- 1 garlic clove minced
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tbsp lemon juice
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- Fresh parsley for garnish optional
Instructions
- In a bowl, combine the washed samphire with minced garlic, olive oil, and lemon juice.
