
Zucchini and Yogurt Mini Börek
Flaky and savory mini börek filled with zucchini and creamy yogurt, perfect for a light snack or appetizer.
Ingredients
For the Filling:
- 1 medium zucchini grated
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp paprika
For the Dough:
- 1 sheet of puff pastry thawed
- 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, mix the grated zucchini, Greek yogurt, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
- Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into small squares or circles.
- Place a spoonful of the zucchini and yogurt mixture in the center of each pastry piece and fold to form small pockets.
- Brush the top of each mini börek with beaten egg.
- Place the böreks on the prepared baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
- Serve warm as a delicious snack or appetizer.
