Ingredients
  

For the Filling:

  • 1 medium zucchini grated
  • 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
  • 1 tbsp olive oil
  • 1/4 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper
  • 1/4 tsp paprika

For the Dough:

  • 1 sheet of puff pastry thawed
  • 1 egg beaten (for egg wash)

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, mix the grated zucchini, Greek yogurt, olive oil, salt, black pepper, and paprika.
  • Roll out the puff pastry and cut it into small squares or circles.
  • Place a spoonful of the zucchini and yogurt mixture in the center of each pastry piece and fold to form small pockets.
  • Brush the top of each mini börek with beaten egg.
  • Place the böreks on the prepared baking tray and bake for 15-20 minutes, or until golden and crispy.
  • Serve warm as a delicious snack or appetizer.
