Ingredients
- 1 block firm tofu drained and cut into cubes
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 2 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tbsp sesame oil
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp smoked paprika
- 1/2 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a bowl, toss the tofu cubes with olive oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper until evenly coated.
- Spread the tofu cubes in a single layer on the baking tray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tofu is golden and crispy.
- Serve immediately in salads, bowls, or as a standalone snack.
