Ingredients
  

  • 1 block firm tofu drained and cut into cubes
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp sesame oil
  • 1 tsp garlic powder
  • 1 tsp smoked paprika
  • 1/2 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • In a bowl, toss the tofu cubes with olive oil, soy sauce, sesame oil, garlic powder, smoked paprika, and black pepper until evenly coated.
  • Spread the tofu cubes in a single layer on the baking tray.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the tofu is golden and crispy.
  • Serve immediately in salads, bowls, or as a standalone snack.
