Crispy and healthy vegetable chips made from zucchini, carrot, and beetroot, baked with olive oil and spices.
Ingredients
- 1 zucchini thinly sliced
- 2 carrots thinly sliced
- 1 beetroot thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1/2 tsp paprika
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- Toss the vegetable slices with olive oil and spices.
- Arrange in a single layer on the baking tray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, turning halfway through, until crispy.
