
Nachos with Avocado Dip

Ingredients
For the Nachos:
- 200 g tortilla chips
For the Avocado Dip:
- 2 ripe avocados peeled and pitted
- 1 small tomato finely diced
- 1 small red onion finely chopped
- 1 tbsp fresh lime juice
- 1 tbsp fresh cilantro chopped (optional)
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
- 1/4 tsp chili flakes optional
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, mash the avocados with a fork until smooth or slightly chunky.
- Stir in the lime juice, garlic powder, salt, black pepper, and chili flakes.
- Fold in the diced tomato, chopped red onion, and cilantro (if using). Mix until well combined.
- Arrange the tortilla chips on a serving platter and serve alongside the avocado dip in a bowl.
