Ingredients
  

  • 2 medium zucchinis thinly sliced
  • 2 tbsp olive oil
  • 1 tsp paprika
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper adjust to taste
  • 1/2 tsp garlic powder
  • 1/2 tsp onion powder
  • 1/2 tsp salt
  • 1/4 tsp black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
  • In a mixing bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil to coat evenly.
  • In a separate small bowl, mix paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the zucchini slices and toss to coat evenly.
  • Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on the prepared baking tray.
  • Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chips are crispy and golden.
  • Let cool slightly before serving for maximum crunchiness.
