
Baked Spicy Zucchini Chips

Ingredients
- 2 medium zucchinis thinly sliced
- 2 tbsp olive oil
- 1 tsp paprika
- 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper adjust to taste
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp onion powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp black pepper
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 200°C (400°F) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
- In a mixing bowl, toss the zucchini slices with olive oil to coat evenly.
- In a separate small bowl, mix paprika, cayenne pepper, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, and black pepper. Sprinkle the spice mixture over the zucchini slices and toss to coat evenly.
- Arrange the zucchini slices in a single layer on the prepared baking tray.
- Bake for 20-25 minutes, flipping halfway through, until the chips are crispy and golden.
