Mango and Avocado Parfait

A creamy and refreshing dessert combining the tropical sweetness of mango with the creamy richness of avocado, layered with crunchy granola.

Ingredients
  

  • 1 ripe mango peeled and diced
  • 1 ripe avocado peeled and pitted
  • 150 g Greek yogurt
  • 2 tbsp honey or maple syrup optional
  • 40 g granola for layering
  • 10 g shredded coconut optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • Blend the diced mango with half of the Greek yogurt until smooth. Set aside.
  • In another bowl, mash the avocado and mix it with the remaining Greek yogurt and honey (if using) until creamy.
  • In serving glasses, layer the mango mixture, granola, and avocado cream alternately. Repeat the layers until the glasses are filled.
  • Smooth the top and garnish with shredded coconut if desired.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
