
Chocolate Peanut Butter Parfait
A layered dessert with creamy chocolate, rich peanut butter, and crunchy toppings for a delightful treat.
Ingredients
- 200 ml heavy cream chilled
- 50 g peanut butter
- 50 g dark chocolate melted
- 20 g granulated sugar
- 30 g crushed cookies or granola
- 20 g chopped peanuts optional, for garnish
Instructions
Prepare the Chocolate Layer
- In a mixing bowl, whip half of the heavy cream with 10 g of sugar until soft peaks form.
- Gently fold in the melted dark chocolate until fully combined.
Prepare the Peanut Butter Layer
- In another bowl, whip the remaining heavy cream with 10 g of sugar until soft peaks form.
- Fold in the peanut butter until smooth and creamy.
Assemble the Parfait
- In serving glasses, layer crushed cookies or granola at the bottom.
- Add a layer of the chocolate cream, followed by a layer of peanut butter cream.
- Repeat the layers if desired.
- Top with chopped peanuts and a drizzle of melted chocolate for garnish.
Chill and Serve
- Refrigerate the parfaits for at least 2 hours to set.
- Serve chilled and enjoy!
