Almond and Honey Cream

Ingredients
  

  • 200 ml heavy cream chilled
  • 30 g honey plus extra for drizzling
  • 1/2 tsp almond extract
  • 40 g sliced almonds toasted
  • 10 g grated dark chocolate optional, for garnish

Instructions
 

  • In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
  • Gradually add the honey and almond extract, and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
  • Gently fold in half of the toasted almond slices.
  • Spoon the mixture into individual serving glasses or bowls.
  • Smooth the surface for a clean finish.
  • Garnish with the remaining toasted almond slices, a drizzle of honey, and grated dark chocolate if desired.
  • Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
