Ingredients
- 200 ml heavy cream chilled
- 30 g honey plus extra for drizzling
- 1/2 tsp almond extract
- 40 g sliced almonds toasted
- 10 g grated dark chocolate optional, for garnish
Instructions
- In a mixing bowl, whip the heavy cream using an electric mixer until soft peaks form.
- Gradually add the honey and almond extract, and continue whipping until stiff peaks form.
- Gently fold in half of the toasted almond slices.
- Spoon the mixture into individual serving glasses or bowls.
- Smooth the surface for a clean finish.
- Garnish with the remaining toasted almond slices, a drizzle of honey, and grated dark chocolate if desired.
- Chill in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving.
