
Almond Flour Chocolate Chip Cookies
A soft and chewy cookie recipe made with almond flour and studded with chocolate chips.
Ingredients
- 50 g almond flour
- 30 g unsalted butter softened
- 30 g brown sugar
- 1 egg yolk
- 1/4 tsp baking soda
- 1/4 tsp vanilla extract
- 30 g dark chocolate chips
Instructions
- Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
- Cream the butter and sugar together until smooth.
- Mix in the egg yolk and vanilla extract.
- Add almond flour and baking soda, stirring until a soft dough forms.
- Fold in the chocolate chips.
- Scoop small portions of dough onto the prepared baking sheet.
- Flatten slightly and bake for 8-10 minutes until the edges are golden.
- Let cool for 5 minutes before transferring to a wire rack.
