Ingredients
  

  • 500 g chicken breast cut into thin strips
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 2 eggs beaten
  • 1 cup breadcrumbs
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese optional
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • Oil for frying

Instructions
 

  • Season the chicken strips with salt and black pepper.
  • Place the flour on a plate, beaten eggs in another plate, and mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and paprika in a third plate.
  • Dredge the chicken strips in flour, then dip in the eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the chicken strips for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
  • Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
  • Serve hot with dipping sauces or fresh salad.
