
Crispy Breaded Chicken Strips
Perfectly golden and crispy chicken strips that are easy to make and delicious to eat.
Ingredients
- 500 g chicken breast cut into thin strips
- 1 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs beaten
- 1 cup breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese optional
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- Oil for frying
Instructions
- Season the chicken strips with salt and black pepper.
- Place the flour on a plate, beaten eggs in another plate, and mix breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, and paprika in a third plate.
- Dredge the chicken strips in flour, then dip in the eggs, and finally coat with the breadcrumb mixture.
- Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat and fry the chicken strips for 3-4 minutes on each side until golden brown.
- Drain on paper towels to remove excess oil.
- Serve hot with dipping sauces or fresh salad.
