
Grilled Beef Skewers
Tender and flavorful beef cubes marinated with spices and grilled to perfection on skewers.
Ingredients
- 500 g beef cubes
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1 red bell pepper cubed
- 1 green bell pepper cubed
- 1 large onion sliced
- Wooden skewers
Instructions
- Place the beef cubes in a bowl and mix with olive oil, paprika, thyme, cumin, black pepper, and salt. Marinate in the refrigerator for 1 hour.
- Thread the marinated beef cubes, red bell pepper, green bell pepper, and onion slices onto skewers alternately.
- Preheat a grill or grill pan over medium-high heat. Grill the skewers for 12-15 minutes, turning occasionally, until cooked through.
- Serve hot, accompanied by rice or a fresh salad.
