Ingredients
  

  • 4 turkey drumsticks
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
  • 1 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoon black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1 lemon sliced, optional
  • 2 garlic cloves crushed

Instructions
 

  • Preheat the oven to 180°C (350°F).
  • Wash and pat dry the turkey drumsticks with a paper towel.
  • In a bowl, mix olive oil with spices (paprika, garlic powder, thyme, cumin, black pepper, and salt).
  • Coat the turkey drumsticks thoroughly with the spice mixture.
  • Place the drumsticks on a baking tray and add the lemon slices and crushed garlic around them.
  • Cover with aluminum foil and roast for 1 hour.
  • Remove the foil and roast for another 30 minutes until the skin is crispy and golden.
  • Serve hot.
