
Greek Yogurt Chicken Salad Wrap
A healthy and flavorful wrap made with fresh vegetables, protein-packed chicken, and creamy Greek yogurt.
Ingredients
For the Salad
- 2 cups cooked and shredded chicken breast
- 1/2 cup Greek yogurt
- 1 teaspoon lemon juice
- 1 garlic clove grated
- 1/2 cup diced cucumber
- 1/2 cup cherry tomatoes halved
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red onion
- 1 teaspoon chopped fresh mint or parsley
- Salt and black pepper
For the Wrap
- 4 large whole wheat tortillas
- 2 cups lettuce or mixed greens
Instructions
- In a large bowl, mix together the cooked chicken, Greek yogurt, lemon juice, grated garlic, cucumber, cherry tomatoes, red onion, and fresh mint/parsley. Season with salt and black pepper.
- Lay out the tortillas and add a handful of lettuce or mixed greens to each.
- Divide the chicken salad evenly among the tortillas, placing it over the greens.
- Roll the tortillas tightly into wraps.
- Serve immediately or enjoy chilled.
