Ingredients
  

For the Tacos

  • 300 g shrimp peeled and deveined
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon cumin
  • 1 teaspoon chili flakes
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • Salt and black pepper
  • 8 small tortillas warmed

For the Mango Salsa

  • 1 mango diced
  • 1/2 red onion finely chopped
  • 1/2 red bell pepper finely chopped
  • 1/4 cup fresh cilantro finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon lime juice
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Prepare the mango salsa by combining all ingredients in a bowl and mixing well. Let it rest.
  • Toss the shrimp with olive oil, cumin, chili flakes, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper.
  • Heat a skillet over medium heat and cook the shrimp for 3-4 minutes on each side until pink and cooked through.
  • Place the cooked shrimp onto warmed tortillas.
  • Top with mango salsa and serve immediately.
