
Turkey and Hummus Lettuce Wraps
Fresh lettuce leaves filled with turkey slices and hummus, perfect for a light and nutritious meal.
Ingredients
- 8 large lettuce leaves preferably romaine or iceberg lettuce
- 200 g sliced turkey breast cooked or grilled
- 1 cup hummus
- 1 cucumber thinly sliced
- 1/2 cup shredded carrots
- 1/4 cup finely chopped red cabbage
- 1 teaspoon fresh lemon juice
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions
- Wash and dry the lettuce leaves thoroughly.
- Spread one tablespoon of hummus in the center of each leaf.
- Top with turkey slices, cucumber, shredded carrots, and red cabbage.
- Sprinkle lightly with salt, black pepper, and lemon juice.
- Roll up the lettuce leaves tightly.
- Serve immediately or enjoy chilled.
