Ingredients
- 2 large tomatoes sliced
- 200 g fresh mozzarella cheese sliced
- 1/2 cup pesto sauce
- 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar optional
- Salt and black pepper
Instructions
