Ingredients
  

  • 2 large tomatoes sliced
  • 200 g fresh mozzarella cheese sliced
  • 1/2 cup pesto sauce
  • 1/4 cup fresh basil leaves
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon balsamic vinegar optional
  • Salt and black pepper

Instructions
 

  • Arrange the tomato and mozzarella slices alternately on a serving plate.
  • Sprinkle lightly with salt and black pepper.
  • Drizzle the pesto sauce over the salad.
  • Garnish with fresh basil leaves.
  • Optionally, drizzle with olive oil and balsamic vinegar.
